Information we collect

  • Account information
  • Email address; name (first/last); optionally username and phone if you provide it.
  • Authentication via Firebase (email/password or Google Sign‑In). We receive basic profile info from your chosen auth provider.
  • Billing and purchases (on the website)
  • Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. PayPal (and, if enabled, its Vault) stores and protects card data. We receive non‑sensitive transaction details needed to fulfill your order (e.g., order ID, status, amount).
  • App usage
  • Minutes balance and lease usage (how many minutes you have and consume).
  • Limited diagnostics (e.g., errors, timestamps) to keep the Service reliable.
  • Audio and real‑time processing (in the app)
  • Audio is streamed to our realtime AI provider only to provide live translation. We do not persist audio or transcripts on our servers unless you explicitly enable a feature that stores it. Ephemeral tokens are used to start realtime sessions.
  • Logs and device data
  • IP address, device/OS details, and basic event logs for security and performance; on the website we may set cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use your information

  • Process purchases and manage your minutes balance.

  • Realtime AI provider (for live translation) receives audio streams only during an active session; not stored by us unless you enable storage features.

Data retention
